Over the weekend I made a cheesy broccoli rice casserole to take for lunches this week. Monday nights I work late so I had it for dinner too. It was the first time I had made it. It was really yummy so I will definitely make it again! Recipe here.

For the first time in my life I made scrambled eggs in a mug. (in the microwave) I added some cheese during the second part and it was delicious!!

Dining Al fresco on a warm summer evening...
I went out to dinner with a friend at work: She had this amazing veggie/salad wrap and sweet potato fries. I had a vegetarian Gyro (no meat) and sweet potato fries. We both had happy hour mixed drink cocktails.... and we commiserated about life (in general) and watched the sun go down and the pedestrian traffic go by.
Tons of good calories, but very relaxing after work activity. <<<<<<<~~ I walked back to my car after dinner (maybe a five blocks of walking?), very slowly. I went window shopping for dessert.
