Last night was shrimp and pasta in a lemon cream sauce. It was pretty good. Have no idea what's on for tonight. Probably a pork chop and zucchini noodles.

Lovely, lovely lady AND an amazing dinner
Last night, I had the pleasure of dining with the lovely Georgia Ma'am. It was a very enjoyable evening & I finally got to meet her IRL!
I had the goat cheese terrine...OMG what a lovely, lovely salad...mixed baby greens, yellow & red beet wedges, candied walnuts, candy cane radishes, and 4 goat cheese (fried) medallions with a citrus, lime vinaigrette. The Irish soda bread app was amazing! BUT the scallops...OMG!! We had so much fun laughing, talking, & just enjoying each other's company! You are such a warm, compassionate person, Georgia. I truly enjoyed the frivolity of our dining experience. Perhaps, we can do so again, sometime. You have such incredible eyes...they are warm, smiling....and BTW, ready to "race"..... I have this Middle Eastern dinner that I have found at my new work place (for order-in when I work late) that just has the best flavors. I had a combination vegetarian platter with labneh, spicy eggplant, a feta cigar with honey, and veggie cous cous. It was such a treat!

We went out for Indian tonight. We had samosa chaat, papadum, lassis, and vegetable korma. It was so good.
