Tabouli salad and some nuts.... good and GOOD...but I think I'm gonna learn to make my own Tabouli... The deli puts WAY too much onion in for my liking...

Five Guys Burgers and Fries

Little hamburger and a 'small' order of fries. Note: said order of fries comes in a big cup and then they throw another scoopful at the bottom of the bag.

Basically, I had some awesome fries with a burger on the side.

To start, where do you find buffalo pretzel crisps? Those sound like a great snack to me.

A gorgeous salad...with all the nummy greens, radishes, cukes, carrots, croutons and cranberries....and a new dressing that I loved, garlic and asiago Italian dressing...

and

shrimp and scallop scampi over angel hair pasta...mmmm

Brought home a bag of tacos from a nearby Mexican restaurant and had a glass of milk to drink. This place has the very best Mexican food in town.

Dinner last night, was spent in the hospital cafeteria....

grilled ham, cheese & tomato sandwich
some kind of strawberry yogurt parfait
and a Diet Coke

(all of which wasn't too bad)

Tonight, I plan on cooking though...

spaghetti with meat sauce
ceaser salad
and garlic breadsticks

Dinner tonight will consist of probably nothing, unless I can manage to make a piece of toast. My back has decided to act up and go out again. Lovely. I still have to try and go to work tonight.

I think I need a girlfriend so she can come and cook for me today! LOL Even take-out would be fine.
