I stopped for lunch at my favorite restaurant...

I went to lunch with a friend which was fun but the food was gross. It was supposed to be a grilled cheese sandwich with a cup of tomato basil soup. Sounds easy right? Nope, there was canned spinach on the cold hard cheese and the soup was lumpy but not in a good way. I will never eat there again!

A very unhealthy salad. In addition to the leafy greens and veggies I added fried chicken, fried Durkee's onions, shredded cheese and topped it with honey mustard dressing. It tasted AWESOME! In my defense I have been sick as a dog and this was the first day in a week I have wanted anything other than soup. I swished it down with a diet coke.

Traditional tamale's, made with corn husk wrappings, will be our next venture when Holiday things and travel, settle down. I can't wait!
