What do you both like to eat? I'd start there. Steak veggies and a nice desert are simple and tasty.

I am making chicken noodle soup today. Do I need to cook the noodles separately?

No. If there is enough liquid in the soup, you should be fine. Of course, you will need to give the noodles sufficient time to cook in the soup. Making from scratch?

I have had to cut out salt from my diet. At first, it was gradual. I tried the Mrs Dash stuff, that Trader Joe's stuff, but I found something that I absolutely love. I use it on everything, along with freshly ground pepper. And I'm even going to say..the fresh ground pepper medley is the best.

Using less salt is always good for you!

I stopped using salt about 6 years ago, I don't use any salt substitute I use mainly pepper and herbs, seasonings.
