I made them a pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, and broccoli, cauliflower, onions and mushrooms in a little butter and garlic
I just wasn't hungry at the time they ate...so later on I made myself some egg whites (left over from a vanilla filling I had made with the yokes) and a slice of homemade beer bread |

Tonight I had roasted chicken thighs and a Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, bell pepper, purple onion, cukes, Kalamata olives, lettuce and feta.
P.S. Because I decided to wait until tomorrow when I am over by the store I buy dog food from to buy her food, Sadie dined on canned chicken breast over a bed of rice with corn, green peas, french green beans, with a little homemade coconut butter added in. She loves me bunches right now!
