Last night I took some chicken veggie soup out of the freezer,then reheated it,sprinkled some Italian six blend cheese over it..boy was it ever good.Oh, and I also had a french roll to sop up the juice.

Did not eat all day ... I was outside in 99 degree heat working most of the day. Around 7:30 tonight I had a Lean Cuisine -Thai food meal ... had chicken, veggies and sauce ... all 6 bites were very tasty. Milk to drink.
Then I cooked a nine pack of bagel bites. Another milk. The bagel bites seemed to cover more real estate in my stomach ... lastly, a few handfuls of vanilla wafers while finishing up 2nd milk ...content now.

Last evening dinner was incredibly good and healthy, too!
I cut up fresh vegetables (zucchini, squash, mushrooms, carrots, artichoke hearts, leeks, garlic cloves, cherry tomatoes (left whole), sliced a lemon (thin slices), avocado.....I squeezed another lemon onto whole mix, poured EVOO (the REAL good kind), sprinkled fennel seeds, caraway seeds, some Italian herb mix, garlic sea salt, fresh ground pepper...tossed well...put on a rack for the grill...grilled these along with some seasoned thin breast cutlets....made some fresh asparagus spears seasoned with the same flavors....once all was grilled, we put some goat cheese sprinkles, added washed black beans, and pine nuts!!! OMG.....it makes a huge portion, so I will be eating this another night or two, for sure! DESSERT: two huge, ripe peaches...halved & pitted...coated with that same EVOO....after grilled to "almost mushy" consistency yet still maintain shape...sprinkle some ground ginger.....with a scoop of sea salt & caramel ice cream...."mouthgasms ensued... We take turns cooking on weekends for one another. This was my weekend to do so. So, I am a cook from the heart, with love kind of cook! So I never use a recipe...just go with what touches my heart.
