Wearing: white trousers, with deep pockets; a navy blue and white striped long sleeved women's dress shirt; sparkly jewelry (earrings, necklace, watch, rings), my lavender colored FitBit, bare feet inside matching navy colored sandals, freshly trimmed curly hair, a matching mask for my face when I go out today, and a smile (just fetched one out of my pocket).

Eating: Just had some non-Tuna salad, on organic seeded wasa bread crackers.

Drinking: I had a cup of breakfast tea earlier and a shot glass full of freshly squeezed orange juice. Nothing but quarts of water left to drink.

Listening to: somebody's car leaving the driveway (it sounds like it needs to go to the junk yard).

Today's To-Do List: Exercise for about 4 hours; come home and dive into my studies; then go for a late evening walk. Somewhere in today's activities, I need to drop by a grocery store (I'm out of salad mix greens).

Last Smile: My mom, the 80+ year old nurse with over 50 years of nursing experience. I hope I can be just like her, if I ever make it to 80.

Smell Like: a fresh spritz of my favorite new perfume (it's sweet and spicy).

Leaving for: I better get going if I'm gonna get my four hours of exercise in (it's my new daily goal while being on stay-cation), and have time to drop by the grocery store and spend quality time on my studies. *ciao*

Wearing: a ladies 501 Levi jacket, over a gorgeous navy blue with red buttons dress, fav red-purple-pink neck scarf, plenty of sparkly jewelry and earrings, freshly trimmed hair (I did it myself ), favorite navy blue flip-flops with complimentary red bow above the toes (gotta keep the colors matching).

Eating: Uffffzzzz. Yesterday my body had a rough rough night and day, so I'm eating lightly -- basmati/jasmine rice, with oat 'milk', cinnamon and a packet of Truvia. Lather, rinse, repeat (menu).

Drinking: h20. Water. Hot herbal tea, intermittently, as well.

Listening to: The groundskeepers are finally here and it's the type of yard upkeep noises one generally hears: lawn mowers, air blowers pushing lawn trimmings out of the way (these types of noises make me want to take a nap).

Smell like: a lingering trace of my favorite Avon fragrance

Last smile: I've got one for when I feel like smiling.

Last Movie Seen: I'm enjoying all those great British Crime Dramas (Inspector Morse; and the spin-off show featuring his sidekick: Inspector Lewis).

Last Book I want to read: It's hard knowing what book that will be. I have given a lot of books away or tossed them in the free book bin at a library or shipped off books to other people who might enjoy reading them. I'll probably just browse for a book once any book store I like reopens.

Up Next: I'll probably go for a long walk in the sunshine and keep practicing social distancing (6 ft or more, is preferrable).

Came home and took off the mask!! Its 80°, that calls for anything lighter than Jean's. It's a gauze tie die dress for now. The heat and humidity also calls for bare feet and hair up off my shoulders.
