I had an early lunch today: I sautéed an Organic Black Bean "Burger" patty and melted Chao Vegan Cheese on top of it and ate it as an open face sandwich on one small slice of Organic Sprout "Bread". Lol. That's the only slice I get this month, if I wanna be able to still rock my new Black and White Polka Dot Jersey Wrap-dress top.
 <<<<<~~ is having a very small garden salad with 'creamy' Balsamic dressing (which is homemade, with organic Coconut Cream, Italian Balsamic Vinegar and a smidge of Flax bran powder, plus a titch of Sea Salt and half an packet of Truvia), and topped with some cracked Walnuts and a few Sesame Everything Salad topper thingy's, tonight, for supper.

Well, I spoiled my lunch with a tiny peach pie so I just picked at the leftover King Ranch Chicken. I drank water.
It was just okay. It is all good though because I am going out for a nice dinner. |

My son's gf took me out to lunch and I had a burger dip (like a French dip only made with hamburger instead of roast beef) with American cheese, fries, a side of bacon and a side of tomato slices. I ate too much but practiced self restraint by not taking any of the left overs home. Which was extremely difficult for me to do. Not because I wouldn't have the left overs to eat, I was too stuffed to think to care about that at the moment, but because I hate wasting food. Anyhow no dessert because along with being too full I'm on a diet. Which is why on the way home we stopped to pick up milk and Little Debbie snack cakes, the Zebra kind. Later tonight I'll have sugared strawberries and milk for dinner but there's always tomorrow and I have to think about breakfast.

I'm going to skip supper tonight and instead, opt to have a nice big lunch.
For lunch today, I'm going to graze on an bed of salad greens, topped with Hemp Hearts, raspberries, blackberries, walnuts, and Tempeh crumbles pan-seared in evoo. Baked Delicata squash, on the side. And a couple of heavily seeded crackers, topped with Mascarpone cheese and melted Chao Field Roast cheese. Water, herbal tea, and Hemp milk, to drink. |
