I found a bag of vidalias at the market last week. I thought they were all gone for the season. I am keeping them in the permafrost room. That is what friends call my bedroom.

baked beans
and a spinach salad

Its rather early to think about dinner...but I think Teddy is making fried chicken for himself and the girls...I am thinking of having a fake chicken patty...im craving bbq sauce wicked bad

mayhaps a sweet potater to go along with it....

tonight I put some jumbo biscuits in the oven then when they were done and hot and fresh, I halved them and put a scoop of mash potatoes on top then some diced chicken with gravy, and mix veggies. sooo good! my girl gets home soon and I hope she enjoys my lil creation as much as I did. haha.

I recently visited Louisiana and didn't get to sample all their goodies..so I came back with an ice chest of "stuff".

I pulled a package of andouille sausage out of the freezer. Maybe some stir fry veggies with that over rice? I'll research it online later, but am up for ideas???
