I'm sorry to hear this, Orema. Just so you know, all the cool kids are having knee replacements. Several of my customers have done so recently, including one guy who had both replaced at the same time. I wish you a super speedy recovery!

Take either Airborne or Emergen-C. It will help ward illness off by boosting your immune system or, if it's too late and you've already got something, it will help decrease the damage and shorten the sickness.
