All this week and last I've had really good honey roast peanut butter (the kind you grind in the store) on wheat rolls, then sprinkle with sunflower seeds And sometimes really good coconut flakes...its a rut I don't mind being in.

I had cheese tortellini with sauce and parmesan. I know it's not a traditional breakfast but I had been up most of the night and was craving something more substantial.
