I was very bad (unhealthy) and had mozzarella sticks and marinara sauce for dinner. I work at a grocery store right now (covid job) and there is an appetizer bar in the deli. The mozzarella sticks were calling my name!

I'm having a salad with mixed greens, mini peppers, egg, bacon bits, carrots, wonton strips and G. Hughes Sugar Free Sweet Vinaigrette. It's got fat and sodium but not one lick of sugar and it's still good.

I'm also having some chips I found at WallyWorld. They are cassava root chips and taste like a rice cake and a Frito had a baby. Not the greatest but definitely not the worst. Interesting.

Water to drink, as always. I'm on cup 10 of 12 for the day.

I made homemade philly cheese steaks with mushrooms for me and mushrooms/onions for my buddy. For my first try they turned out awesome.

I went to my son's and J made us ramen. I make ramen too – Top Ramen, but J makes the real stuff. It was so good! I had a glass of milk and some of her homemade chocolate chip cookies for dessert.
