Move a little every day, dance, walk, twirl, skip just do something physical. Not only does it help your body but it helps your mood.

Don't let the problems of the day add up. That stubbed toe had nothing to do with that flat tire in the morning which had nothing to do with the jammed printer at work which had noting to do with your cranky honey lamb with a head cold. Each event is separate and unrelated, breathe and try to take each thing one at a time without letting it poison your day.

Attitude means everything. Focus on the positive even when it is hard. Try to find at least 1 good thing, no matter how small.

Broadcast what you want to take in. If you want to be treated well, treat others well; if you want money to come your way, give; we get what we give.

As my Pop told me when I was a child, keep your good name, it is all you have in the world. Keep your word, do what is right, maintain your honor, it is all part of maintaining your reputation.
