Kerfuffle is that back yard brawl (fight), yanno.... the fight between Dan Ackroyd and Jamie Lee Curtis's ex, in the movie My Girl (first time I ever heard that word, lol, years ago).

Twister: it's slang for Tornado..... it's regional, I think. My grandfather painted pictures of Tornado's, it was his favorite hobby (painting and twisters, aka Tornadoes).
