I made potato salad a different way this time. I added some 21 seasoning salute, caraway seeds, Hungarian paprika, celery seed and garlic salt.
I think I should quit my job and just make potato salad and brownies....I am just.that.good.

I already roasted a sweet potato to help take the cold, damp edge off the house... ( I AM NOT turning on the heat until November!)
With that I will have a pan fried chicken breast which I think I will season with this neat coffee bbq rub I found at Trader Joes.... Veggies on the side... Finally finishing up the damn cake I made a week (or two?) ago. Even sharing with the dogs (dont worry; its not chocolate!) it takes forever for one person to eat an entire cake.....

Today I had a peanut butter and fluff on honey wheat bread....because my mom sent me Fluffernutter in a care package...down here they only have "marshmallow kreme" which is NOT the same....

I had an amazing lunch...
I had originally tried to order from my usual Jamaican place...but they were busy and not taking take out orders... .gif "Say What?") WELL....... I was working downtown so I decided to walk across the street and get what is touted as "Indian street food" from a wonderful little restaurant called Chai Pani (WHO...after looking at the menu...has free refills on Chai tea when you eat in...*note to self) I ordered This: Kathi Kabab Roll Chicken seared with tandoori spices in a griddled wrap (brushed w/ egg) with onions, cilantro, rice, roasted lentils & chutneys. I went next door to my fave ice cream place ( https://www.kilwins.com/)JUST for a salted caramel...but...ended up getting ice cream...because they had pumpkin AND salted caramel...so I got half and half...I also got to talking with the girl working there and told her I was eating next door. Turns out she LOVES Chai Pani and what I ordered was her fave dish  So I get my lunch and go to a park to munch....and it was OMG good....good heat...amazing tandoori taste....and the yogurt sauce with mint was just perfect for tempering the heat.... My mouth hasnt been so happy in many moons...
