I got the steak with feta, Tzatziki sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, spinach, olives and green peppers on a spinach wrap. The sandwich comes with double meat. OMG. It was huge; more like a giant Greek burrito, but it was yummy. Then I polished off the last of the Louisiana Crunch Crème Cake. Soooo moist and yummy too!

I am so stuffed, I probably won't even eat a full dinner tonight. Maybe some popcorn or cheese and crackers.

First lunch was a mashup of some broccoli and red beans and rice and then second lunch happened when someone started delivering ice cream to our offices at 3pm on a 90 degree day. I don't even like ice cream really but... I was really hot and it happened.

Made chili with a mix of ingredients: ground bison, sausage, diced NY strip steak, onions, celery, Hungarian wax peppers, fire-roasted red peppers with oil, mushrooms, sliced black olives, diced Roma tomatoes, crushed tomatoes, dark & light kidney beans, can of refried beans, dark chili powder, cumin, baker's cocoa, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, & sugar. Omg! It was fantastic!!
