Bob has been pestering me lately to get back to letting the world know what is on his mind. Due to money difficulties, I had to give up his website, so he no longer has a blog to vent in. I will type as he dictates so bear with me, he does have a very deep accent. Southern accent that is.

"Hey world!! Long time no speak, so to say. Life here is good, no matter what Pop says. I gots lots to eat, tons of toys and a warm bed. Don't understand why Pop is always bitching. There is also a cat here. Heh. Prime chase material if there ever was one. Pop is still pecking away on that school thing. It pisses me off sometimes. I get up in MY lap and get put back down into the floor. Back up, back down. Pop says hy will play with me later when this is done. So, I wait. It seems like a long time to me and bring hym a ball to throw. Grrrrrrr. I still wait. And wait. So up into MY lap again. And down. *sigh* I'm goin' to bed. Stupid school.
Pop says I have to go see the vet person soon. Which means I get poked with sharp stuff. Crap. I like the vet person alot, but why poke me? I didn't do nuthin'. But Pop says I am a good boy for not biting the vet person and Pop always gets me a treat after, so maybe it isn't so bad. Cause trust me, you mess with me and I WILL bite you. I'm a bad guy sometimes, yanno?
So look, I gotta go. Pop is having to go do stuff soon and I gotta go outside. Pop washed my sweater yesterday, so it smells awful. I gotta find something in the yard to make it smell as good as it did yesterday. I found something really great out there. I think it used to be an animal of some kind. Still don't understand why Pop got pissed about that. So, until I can get Pop to type for me again, you guys keep the greasy side down. That is biker speak as Pop says."

I have been staying at my Grandmother's the last few days to keep her company and to help my Daddy out. Anyway, she decided last night that I had been a really good boy, so she gave me one of my Christmas presents early. It was a stuffed Santa. So, I did my usual thing of tearing it apart in 5 minutes, and destroying the squeeker (I am awesome at this...no toy will ever be strong enough to beat me!). Anyway, I was paying really close attention when she gave me the toy and saw that there was a second toy in the bag she took it from.

So, when she wasn't looking, after I destroyed my toy I snuck back upstairs (and I am not allowed upstairs to begin with...I have no idea why she let me come up when she gave me the toy), found the bag on the floor of her closet, and grabbed the other toy out of the bag! I brought it back downstairs and destroyed that one too! How smart am I??? I guess she will just have to buy another one for that neighbor dog...WHATEVER...she is my grandmom, shouldn't be buying stuff for other dogs anyway. :hrmph:

So, I just wanted to wave hello and tell Bob that I wear doggles too! My Daddy has a convertible and the rule is, if I want to ride when the top is down, my eyes need to be protected! It's ok, I got used to it after awhile. And at night, hy puts in the clear lenses so I can still see good!

Pop is mad at me. Is it my fault that I heard something at 5 am? Something that I thought was a threat and I had to alert hym about? Ok, so running through the house barking might have been a bit much, but I AM a watchdog. And a darn good one at that. Humans are so cranky in the morning.

In a word the weather here has been "BRRRR"!! Pop has been gone from the house quite a bit, hy says hy has to go make money to buy me kibble. And to top it off, I was on Pop's lap this morning, supervising hys homework, when all of a sudden a noise came out of my butt!! OMG it scared me so bad I jumped down and ran under the bed. Hey to everybody!! It is nice of ya'll to stop by and introduce yourselves. It is WAYYY to early for this dog to be out of the bed, but Pop says hy is on the move. Gonna be one of those days I tell ya. Pop is running around already, getting that coffee stuff going, jumping in that thing in the little room that makes you get wet (I will never understand humans) and working on the homework hy always talks about. I do not know what algebra means, but Pop sure does spend a lot of time working on it. Hy says it makes hys brain hurt. If something made my brain hurt, I would stay the heck away from it. Anyhow, I gotta get back to bed. It is too early for me and Pop gets mad at me when I try to steal hys coffee stuff. Hy says it keeps hym alert, so why can't I have some? I wouldn't sleep as much and maybe Pop would quit calling me lazy. I can't help it. I get sleepy. And under the covers is a much better place to be than out in a cold room. I gots the zu bros to play with. George and Peshi. They are really cool and George is the same size as me kinda. We run and play all the time. Peshi doesn't even get mad at me when I take his toys. I do give them back, but Pop has to buy him a new hedgehog cause I killed his to get the squeek out. I just couldn't help myself.

Pop and I woke up this morning to snow. A lot of snow. And more snow is falling now. It stuck between my pads and made me shiver. Not good. But Pop took care of me by wiping off my feet and snuggling me til I fell back asleep. Hy is a good Pop Pop.

Brrrrr!! It was cold this morning. There is still snow on the ground, it sticks between my toes too. Ick. Pop makes me a trail so I can find grass though. So it isn't as bad as it could be I suppose. Pop has to work today, so he is calling something called a taxi. Hy says as much as hy wants to, hy just cannot ride in snow. So, hy is going to be gone all day again. I hate when hy leaves, but hy always seems to make it back home. I get really excited when hy does. Hy brings me things when hy comes home sometimes. That is great. Wow!! It has been a flurry of activity here at the Bob castle. Pop has been working a lot of hours and doin' the school thing too. I think hy is about to lose hys mind actually. Hy keeps talking to the screen on this puter. Kinda frightning actually.
Anyhow, lots has happened since the last time Pop typed for me. I have been taking life slow, well as slow as a chihuahua can that is. Pop says I am high speed, low drag. Whatever that means I have not a clue. But, grampa sent Pop a check for a car. Which is wayyyyyy too cool, so now I get to go places when its cold. I sit on Pop's lap and peek out the window as we go. Very cool.
Pop is pretty bummed with hys algebra grade. Hy has been bitching for days. Pretty tired of hearing about it actually. It is over and done with. Move on. Thank you.
Oh, Pop bought me new balls!! I got 6 more of the tiny tennis balls. God I love those things!! I now am the proud owner of 15 balls. I am sure to hide them under the bed so that I know where they are at all times. I am slowly working through the new ones, ripping the fuzz off. I am very good at this, it is one of my many talents. Of course, I get to hear about it from Pop, but hell, he runs the floor sucking thingie about every day anyway. I have no idea why hy bitches about that. I love that thing, cause it makes shadows on the walls which I chase and bark at. Fun stuff that.
Well, Pop says I gotta shut this down now, hy has homework to get to. Which means I get to sit in hys lap and help. I am very smart you know. I help with all hys homework. But the bad grade in algebra is not my fault, I had the answers right, but hy ignored me. Too bad, so sad. Neener, neener neener. Next time listen to the chihuahua Pop.

Wow it has been busy here at my place. Pop decided to change the room around because hy bought a new xbox with kinect. All I know is hy looks like an idiot waving at the tv. I have been keeping busy with my balls. They are still very fun, and I even have saved a couple of the tennis balls to shread at a later date. Pop brought me some beef ribs the other day. Hy said they were dog treats, but all I know is that it is dead cow and I love it.
Pop has been taking me for rides in hys car. It is a lot of fun. I sit in Pops lap and put my feet on the window and watch stuff go by. I have even had people honk at me. Scared me half silly, but it made Pop laugh. I am glad that Pop will be done with school in about a month. Man, hy is cranky. Personally, I think hy should just take a day or two off and get some sleep. Hy keeps saying it is only for a bit longer and hy will be taking a month off from school. I think hy is nuts for wanting to do something that keeps hym from sleeping. Sleep is good. I am an expert on sleeping. I do it often.
Hey, spring is just around the corner though right? Pop got some parts to get the bike fixed up for the new year, so I am hyped. It is getting to be riding time. Pop says as soon as it is warm enough for hym to ride in a tshirt, I get to go. Awesome!!

Well, Pop has to get ready for work so I gotta get to gettin'.

Well heck, Pop took me to that vet person again. I love the people there, but the poking me with sharp things has gotta go. A guy has to have standards right? That stuff stings like the dickins ok? So back off with the poking. And they stuck something up my butt too. I tried telling the guy that was wrong, but he did it anyhow. Assclown.

Well, I am doing great. The vet person said I have to lay off the snacks though. That did not make me happy. Not my fault I am fluffy. But, Pop says we gotta cut back a little. No more french fries. DAMMITT!! I love those things. But, maybe when I lose the half a pound, we can get back to them. But, as the weather gets warmer, I get a bit more active with outside stuff, so I will run it off.

There are some pretty girls that work at the vet place though. I was flirting with them and made Pop laugh. I can't help it if I am a shameless flirt, just built that way. I'm a stud and I know it. Women can not resist my charms. Pop should take lessons from me, hy cannot buy a date for pete's sake. Hy says that I am company enough, but I think hy needs to get out more. Hy is a little shy actually. I have been trying to tell hym that hy needs to go out. But, nothing yet. Maybe when hy can ride hy will meet people. You can never tell.

Well, anyhow, Pop has homework and I have a bed calling my name. So, as always folks, keep the greasy side down.

Ok, so here is the latest from the world of Bob......Pop is just about to get the bike fixed. Just waiting on one part and it will be all ready to go. I say it is about damn time. I have not been on the bike all year. Dammit!! I hate that. I love to ride. So, I am gonna have to make Pop take me alot to make up for all that lost riding time. So there. Pop also owes me lunch at Wildcreek BBQ so I will be collecting on that too. I love that place. The owner always "accidently" drops food on the floor when I am there. Very cool.
Pop also needs to get me new tennis balls, cause I ripped the covers off all the ones I got. So, I only got nakid balls right now. Kind of boring if you ask me. I also managed to rip the squeekers out of all those other ones too. So they are nakid non-squeeking balls. Not a good thing. Pop needs to get with it, right?
Well, Pop says it is time for bed. Can't say why, I am not really all that tired. Been nappin' all day. Pop should get a job like mine. Look cute, eat, poop and nap. Hey, it pays the bills, yanno? Like I need money, I don't even have any pockets.

OMG!!! Pop has been a lazy ass, as far as keeping up with this thread. Well, what can I say, I have been here waiting for the opportunity to spew, but Pop............<shakes head>. I hear it all: I'm busy, I got school work to do, gotta go here, gotta go there, too tired........blah blah blah. And Pop calls ME a punk? Really.

Anyhow, Pop and I are considering a move. As soon as the weather gets warm that is. My grandpop is demanding a visit and I just love that guy. He is too cool for school. Not to mention the fact that he sneaks me yummy stuff when Pop isn't lookin' is awesome too!! So, Pop has said if the job thing flops, off to Missouri we go. So, time will tell on that one.

Well, Pop and I spent most of the last of summer and fall riding. It was fantastic and I did get to go to my fave BBQ spot several times. Yummy. I have not been able to ride since October, but Pop promised me a ride the moment the weather hits 70, without rain. Looking forward to that.

The ball situation at this point is GREAT!! At last count I own 9 tennis balls, three that squeek, 6 rubber balls, all squeek, a MASSIVE bone that I got from that Santa dude and a squeeking fire hydrant. I finally killed my squeeking gear, which was sad. It was my second toy that I ever got. But, I am sure that if I continue to be the bestest dog on the planet, I will get another one.

Well, I have some important business to deal with at the moment. Pop just made the bed (again today), so I must go bury myself and snooze. It is my job, one I do very well. So with that, I hope everyone has a great day, keep it real and between the ditches.

Dear Bob,

Were you named after my Mama's car? He takes her to work, away from me, to the supermarket, away from me, out to dinner with Papa, away from me, but sometimes, he takes us to to a place where a nice kid gives me a little round doughnut or a piece of a big doughnut. I am a lucky girl, and my Mama and Papa love me so much. They say that I am the cutest sweetest naughtiest dog ever.

Did you know that I got hurt on Christmas Eve? I got hit by a car, and I had to go to the hospital for three days. I had to have medicine through a pointy needle in my front paw, and I had to have extra oxygen to breathe because my lungs were damaged. Mama visited me every day, and when I got hungry, she brought chicken and chicken soup and rice cooked with chicken soup, just for me. I still have a splint on one of my pretty legs, but I am okay.

Here's one of Papa's smelly socks. :sock:

He takes her to work, away from me, to the supermarket, away from me, out to dinner with Papa, away from me, but sometimes, he takes us to to a place where a nice kid gives me a little round doughnut or a piece of a big doughnut. I am a lucky girl, and my Mama and Papa love me so much. They say that I am the cutest sweetest naughtiest dog ever.

Did you know that I got hurt on Christmas Eve? I got hit by a car, and I had to go to the hospital for three days. I had to have medicine through a pointy needle in my front paw, and I had to have extra oxygen to breathe because my lungs were damaged. Mama visited me every day, and when I got hungry, she brought chicken and chicken soup and rice cooked with chicken soup, just for me. I still have a splint on one of my pretty legs, but I am okay.

Oh no!! I am so sorry to hear that. I am very glad you are on the mend. Pop always tells me I am not to go into the road and if I do hy pops my back end!! Cars scare me anyway, so I don't go in the road anymore. Except when Pop takes me riding, and then all bets are off. I hope you continue to heal and that your cast comes off soon. And NO MORE STREET!!! That is bad.

Tennis balls..oh man...do I EVER love those! I can go through a sleeve a day if my vertical person allows it. Since I have no opposable thumbs, I AM dependent on vertical one to open the sleeve for me..and dole them out....like they are a dang ingot of gold or something...doesn't she know I am BORED...I HAVE to have something to entertain myself..she has her darn laptop and the Planet. Little does she know, I sneak on when she gets horizontal....woof woof...maybe I will run up on you in here sometime..and we can create some horizontal havoc. Hey I see there are some cats crushing on you...aren't those fun to chase??...lol...<weg>..and the treasures I can find in their "litter box"...do you like to get into those? I can go from zero to 60 MPH in 2.1 seconds..I am a "low ryder" ...slung low to the ground..so I have excellent traction on all fours..and my gears..well I can shift to high gear rather quickly!
I love to get Milk Bones...and that is ANOTHER thing my vertical person does...doles those out...like I have to go out and pee or poop to get one. My vertical person also makes me do this dumb old trick..she asks..."are you a gamecock or a dead dog" of course, since I HATE those Chickens (USC Gamecocks) and am a Clemson Tiger Fan..I do as she says..I flop on my side..and lie perfectly still..and fools her EVERY time..she claps her hand and says "good girl" and I get ONE measley cookie. One would think for a feat of that magnificance I would get a chewy or TWO bones..BUT no..one stinkin' cookie...woof woof.

Hey Heidi!!

To answer the question about cats..........not too thrilled with those things. I am what some refer to as "vertically challenged", so many times they are larger than I am. So chase them I do not. I have once or twice and got my nose smacked. It hurt, so I don't mess with them anymore. Pop said it served me right, but heck, they ran so of course I chased. I do not have access to a litter box so I have never snacked out of one. Pop says that is gross. I am not too keen on even getting my paws dirty, so hy thinks it would not be for me. Sorry to hear about your human being stingy with the cookies. Pop gives me a pp cookie every time, but I also get other things. I get one dentastick per day, Pop says it is so I don't get yak breath. As a chihuahua I am prone to dental issues and will bite even Pop if hy tries to brush my teeth. But these things work great!! I am three now and my teeth are perfect. I also have access to real beef bones and I get one busy bone a week as well. The only thing is I don't get as much food in my bowl as I normally would. But, I don't want to get all fat or nuthin'. So, I'm good with it.

I don't blame you for biting the hand that feeds ya..when hy comes at you with a toothbrush...just WTH are those verticals thinking doing that..I am surprised they don't run after us with toilet paper when we poop, for crying out loud! I only got into the cat box recently when my vertical was in the hospital for 2 weeks and a friend kept me..who owned a cat. I thought it was a treat...heck how was I to know it was POOP! MY vertical won't give me any bones..except the beef bones...and yea they are amazing to clean one's teeth with...beef bones only though.
I meant to tell you..dude, you look UBER COOL in those shades for riding the Harley!! I wish I could ride around wearing some girly ones. My vertical was in a debilitating motorcycle wreck in 2006..an 81 yr old lady made an illegal U TURN and ran my vertical over..crushed the whole foot, ankle, and knee..damaged her back..soo she NO LONGER rides..I am glad she doesn't..she was laid up for 7 months..and I was afraid every day for her. She got back on once..and she said it was way too scary...a heavy ,metal cager is NO match for a biker. I am so glad she was wearing a helmet, jeans,tee shirt, safety bike boots, and a face shield. She was road rashed something fierce.

Bob has been pestering me lately to get back to letting the world know what is on his mind. Due to money difficulties, I had to give up his website, so he no longer has a blog to vent in. I will type as he dictates so bear with me, he does have a very deep accent. Southern accent that is.

I get up in MY lap and get put back down into the floor. Back up, back down. Pop says hy will play with me later when this is done. So, I wait. Pop says I have to go see the vet person soon. Which means I get poked with sharp stuff. Crap. I like the vet person alot, but why poke me? I didn't do nuthin'. But Pop says I am a good boy for not biting the vet person and Pop always gets me a treat after, so maybe it isn't so bad. Cause trust me, you mess with me and I WILL bite you. I'm a bad guy sometimes, yanno?
So look, I gotta go. Pop is having to go do stuff soon and I gotta go outside. Pop washed my sweater yesterday, so it smells awful. I gotta find something in the yard to make it smell as good as it did yesterday. I found something really great out there. I think it used to be an animal of some kind. You got to meet my sissy. I miss her very much. She got cancer and there was nothing Pop could do. She went off to the rainbow bridge almost two years ago. But, I do my best to keep Pop happy. Hy misses sissy too. She taught me alot about being a good dog. She even played with me when I was a little tiny puppy and never hurt me once. We used to dog pile on the bed with Pop to make sure hy slept good.

Hello July!!

Wow, I am getting so many new friends here, how cool is that? Those things called raccoons, they are very mean and can put a hurtin' on ya. I suggest you listen to the advise given, those are nothing to mess with. I know my sissy managed to kill a possum once, but scared the crap out of Pop so he says. But sissy was a tough ole broad (Pop's words) and lived to kill small, furry critters. Pop says she was the best ratter hy ever knew. I never saw a rat, so I don't know exactly what that is all about, but I can bark away bad rain storms. Every time that loud noise happens, I bark. If I keep it up long enough, it stops. I have that kind of power. I also can bark away doorbells, knocking, banging sounds and anything else. I don't have a girl friend, but there have been a bunch of girls talking to me, so ya never know. Anyhow, I hear ya on the being awake more than 10 minutes, being this cool is a lot of work. On that note, I am headed back to snooze.

Pop says hy has been to Vail, but could not stop cause hy was in a big truck and there was no place to park it. That would sure be a long trip, especially on the bike. Maybe one day.
Pop has been sitting at the puter for HOURS tonight. Hy hadda do a paper for school and of course put it off til the last minute. Hy is a goofy bastid sometimes. Had plenty of time to do it during the week, but was messing around instead. But, hy got finished, so now hy can get to hys real job: paying attention to me and taking dictation. :sunglass:

And dug 5 other balls out from under the bed for me. So, the rest of the day was nice.

Long time you all!!!

Well, since the last time Pop and I have had to move to this place called Missouri. Pop's Mama has this thing called cancer and needed our help. So, Pop packed all our stuff and off we went. We have been here for almost a year now. I really like it here. There aren't very many cars driving by or loud sirens or any of that stuff that used to make me bark all the time. And Pop's Mama, she is my besty!!!! We sit in her chair and take naps, which is great. She gives me lots of cookies, which Pop is not too thrilled about, but I sure like it!!! But Pop's Mama also threatens me with a diet all the time. I don't know why she says that, and then gives me tons of cookies!!! Seems a bit counterproductive, right?

Well, Pop got another one of those job things yesterday. Man, I just hate that. Hy is gone forever!!!! Put that together with hym being in school and I don't get as much attention as I require. But, Pop has promised that when the rain finally quits, we will take a ride in the truck. Last year, Pop had a wreck on the bike, so it is broken and we can't ride it yet. Cause hy won't get off hys butt and fix it!!! But, I am sure that the nice weather will get hym to get busy.

Ok, that is enough for now. Pop has to get in the shower so hy can go to that work place again. So, everyone take it easy, and keep it greasy!!

Morning everyone!!!

Pop told me this morning, when he gets home from work today, hy is taking me out for a ride!!!!! So, I get to stick my head out the window and feel that air. Ahhhhh. Love that. I went outside to do my business this morning, came back in and Pop had made the bed. Ha ha!!! You are so funny Pop. It only took me about 5 seconds to get it back to its normal, nest type of pile. Just the way it is supposed to be. So, I am just about to drop off again, being a dog is hard and makes me sleepy.

Hey all!!

Well, busy busy busy, I am. Pop and my besty took off yesterday to go to this place called Columbia. Pop says they had to take pictures of the insides of hys Momma. That did not sound like a good thing to me, but Pop says it didn't hurt or nuthin'. Anyways, Pop says they got really good news from those pictures. Hy says hys Momma is in something called remission. They were all excited about it, but I was just happy they came back. Pop says hys Momma needs to get off her butt and start exercising. Well, I don't know about all that, who will I sit on during the day if she is outside walking around and stuff? These people need to get their priorities set right!!!

So, Pop has been spending the last day or so looking for another one of those darn job things. And ignoring me. I think I might have to find a spot to leave hym a message. But, Pop keeps sayin' that hy has to get a job, so hy can pay bills and buy me toys. Well, I am a bit torn between these choices. I have a basket full of toys already. Priorities people!!!!

Well, anyhow, I am in need of a good nap. So, everyone keep the dirty side down out there.
