Thesaurus.com lists newcomer, freshman and rookie as options. Do you like any of those? Luckily, there are a multitude of other thread choices.

There is no only a porch- but a very large deck- with a hammock- along with several chairs. You are welcome to it all.

I've been traveling for work and having only just gotten back late last night, I am taking the morning to lounge in my yoga pants, drink weapons-grade coffee, and catch up on some emails.

I have come back to fall, my favorite time of the year. Gotta pull my boots out of the back of the closet and maybe a sweater or two...
