I’m trying out a new-to-me way of making breakfast biscuits by using cut up biscuit dough and diced mozzarella cubes mixed with fresh dill herbs and minced garlic: you mix it all up then make little biscuit balls and bake them off in a muffin pan. I’m going to make creamy scrambled eggs to go with the cheesy biscuits. Coffee cream and stevia. Maybe some almond butter too.

I almost always have the same breakfast, boneless, skinless chicken, and a big cup of coffee. I try to start the day with protein; coffee is just for fun. Sometimes I make eggs and greens with rice and a big cup of coffee.

I have been trying the "Just Crack an Egg" kits, and they are better than I suspected they would be! I was hesitant to try them at first because I tried microwaving eggs in a coffee cup a few times and it wasn't very successful. But these turned out pretty okay, I think because of the wet ingredients that are included.
Normally I would not be willing to pay for this level of convenience (I mean, how hard is it to make scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and onions, really?) but it saves me a trip up and down the stairs because I can use the upstairs microwave and keep the eggs and kits in the upstairs "beer fridge". It's worth it to save the trip on my knees and get to have a hot breakfast some days.
My wife took me out for a breakfast date at Cracker Barrel.....I had the chicken fried steak with gravy, sawmill gravy & biscuit, & eggs. YUMMM.
The "eye candy" was scrumptious, too!

I’ve been doing something similar to what you’re doing, Orema!
Lately, I pan toast (in evoo) 1 circular round of caramelized onion Naan and then I split a small avocado and use half of it on the Naan. I even do two small over easy eggs, to go with it. Very tasty and it satiates my first of the morning round of hunger.
I’m also mowing down on Kara Kara organic oranges .
Happy Wednesday!!

Thanks for the Naan bread hook up. I’ll try that soon.
I’m converting to a Mediterranean diet from a low-carb diet. So far, so good with more grains, fruit, fish and carbs. I’ve gained a couple pounds, but my doctor asked me to try it till I see him again in 6 months..
This morning I’ll have a thick slice of banana-walnut bread with peanut butter and slices of bananas on top. Some Greek yogurt.

This morning I had a throwback childhood breakfast. It's the only thing my dad could cook, so if he was ever in charge of breakfast for some reason - or any other meal - this is what we had.
White toast with mayonnaise topped with pork link sausages and a slice of cheddar cheese
It's really kind of not so good to most people, so don't try it, but I love it and I have to have it a couple of times a year.

Early morning work store wide breakfast meeting. There were thunderstorms. It was fun. Catered breakfast.
I had scrambled eggs, bacon and one big pancake. ( no syrup) I made a breakfast taco with my pancake. Let me tell you...that was the best darn pancake ever! Must be because I haven't really had anything sweet or any carbs.
It was the most delicious thing I've had in a while!

I just finished having breakfast: I made a vegetable hash (quarter cup chopped green cabbage, half of a portobello mushroom- sliced up in small sections, a few slices of red bell pepper, and half of a small sweet potato cut up into tiny sections) which I sautéed in evoo with a half spoon of minced garlic. Beside the veggie hash in the pan, I toasted one small circle size piece of Naan. After the veggies in the hash are cooked to fork-tine soft, I drizzle white wine vinegar over it then crack one organic pasture fed chicken egg and let it cook until is over-easy and ready to eat. It was very yummy and will keep me going at work today, until I have a late afternoon break to enjoy a small portion of lunch time edibles.

One egg scrambled with red and green peppers, a little bit of onion and sharp cheddar cheese, along with a flour tortilla. Also, a little bit of Apple Jacks and milk, which I didn't really need, but the box was just sitting there, staring at me, reminding me of its cinnamon-y goodness.

Today I'm enjoying a little breakfast in our hotel breakfast room. It's downstairs and if you look thru the window, you see people walking up on the street.
Enjoying a coffee cappuccino. A lovely fresh light croissant that I stuffed with cheese, salami, ham and a tomato slice. Oh my, best breakfast!
I tried some forest berries. Not so good, extra tart. More so than cranberries. Suppose you mix that into yogurt??

We saved up for this vacation to reward ourselves for paying off our mortgage. We decided to have one delicious spendy meal every day. Today we had a late breakfast out, and I had Eggs Benedict, skip the hollandaise, it was delicious. Pete had Eggs Benedict, with potato cakes and salmon. She loved it and reported that she’d never eat again.

How about bread pudding with bourbon-soaked raisins, or a whiskey sauce? Here's one that's easy and offers lots of ideas for substitutions:
https://www.ifyougiveablondeakitchen.com/irish-bread-pudding/
Come to think of it, I have some frozen hamburger buns and half a bottle of Jim Beam Vanilla bourbon*. :) But do I have raisins?
*Recent discovery: Did you know you can use vanilla bourbon as a substitute for vanilla extract in recipes? Just use twice as much bourbon as the recipe calls for extract. It's way cheaper than using pure vanilla extract.
