That's the thing: there are no raises. Usually you get an automatic six percent if you pass your review. Last year everybody got a 200-500.00 "bonus" instead, this year they are not even doing that. But the memo without evaluation instructions says "please take this process seriously"

YSK that time-outs worked surprisingly well with my Sancho (God rest his little soul). He was a very well-behaved thing. Sometimes, when he'd been bad, I'd come home, and he'd put himself in time out. I'd ask him what he did, and he'd lead me too it, tail tucked and head hanging. It was adorable.

YSK. That main reason the gallery is broken , probably has everything to do with the overwhelming amount of shoe pictures. And I'm pretty sure cat pictures didn't help matters.
