1. What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
I can follow my dreams because I now have defined them and know that I am worth the hard work and I am worth the happiness that ensues when you follow your dreams.

2. What's been on your mind most lately?
My life, where I am going, what I want and how I will get there.

3. In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame?
happiness, love, health, money, fame

4. Right now, at this moment, what do you want most?
Space, space to paint, write and explore. And this sense of happiness and peace to continue.

5. What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life?
Happy, truly happy.

6. What is the #1 motivator in your life right now?
Knowing that I alone am responsible for my happiness.

7. In one sentence, who are you?
I am a happy, grateful being.

8. What do you want to be known for?
Being the person who changed the most, the person who loved the most.

9. If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most?
My friends and impromptu get togethers with them.

10. In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different?
I will be living in a new place, experiencing a new time in my life. Creating, loving, being.

11. Who makes you feel good about yourself?
I do, and I have some great friends that add to that. I really am lucky to have the people I do in my life.

12. What are the top three qualities you look for in a friend?
I would have to say Honesty, Loyalty and Openness.

13.What has fear of failure stopped you from doing?
Is it fear of failure or fear of success? My life up until this last year seems like it has been riddled with fear. Although not fear of adventure, I have made sure to do new things as often as possible. Okay the question was 'What has fear of failure stopped you from doing' and I would have to say - Completing my degree. Oh, that's scary to even say. I didn't think I could keep up the marks all the way through so it was easier to not do it. I now know that I just have to get through it and enjoy it as much as possible, even if I don't have honors that doesn't take away from completing it.

14. What is something you have always wanted since you were a kid?
An education. To be the first Phd in my family.

15. What stands between you and what you want?
Myself, it is amazing how we make justified excuses when we are afraid of something.

16. What do you do when nothing else seems to make you happy?
Lately most everything makes me happy, but my way of expressing is my art and writing. My art journal is perfect for that, I make sure I have art and writing on each and every page before I sign off on it. And when in doubt I call a friend who can ease me and make me laugh.

17. When did you first realize that life is short?
When my husband died. Not when my mom died at 56, but when my husband died at 50. My mom had been sick for a long time and I guess I thought of it as a relief for her and us (even though I missed her), but when my husband at 50 years old fell asleep and never woke up... that made me sit up and take notice. Well as soon as I was able to move again.

18. What do you need to spend more time doing?
Moving, I sit to write, I sit or stand to do my art. I need to move more.

19. What issues do you continually refuse to confront?
My first thought was my weight, but I have to say no, I have always known that when I dealt with the issues I would lose the weight. I have tried with many therapists and different programs to deal with those issues to no avail. But I have constantly looked at and confronted that. Hmmm, this is a tough one as I am one of those people who constantly is looking at their sh*t to see what needs to be changed, what can be improved on. So honestly I am struggling to come up with something I have refused to confront. I am going to ask my friends if they can think of something. Maybe I'm refusing so hard I don't see it.

20. What’s something a lot of people do that you disagree with?
Download movies and music from the internet without paying for it. I have always had an issue with this. I have an itunes account and I either rent or buy the movies I want to watch. My friends know this about me so they no longer offer to make a disc for me and if we are getting together for movie night they usually let me bring the movie as they know I want watch it if it is "stolen".

21.What’s a common misconception people have about you?
That I have to have everything done my way. It doesn't need to be done my way but if no one else is going to step up I will take the lead. I am happy to have someone else lead... as long as someone leads. Step up, don't wait for me to do it.

22.What’s something no one can take away from you?
My integrity, my beliefs, my happiness.

23. What is something that you would hate to go without for a day?
Hate, hate is a huge word... I guess I would have to say - My knowing. I would hate to even for one day question everything I know and I am. There are moments I may do this about something or other, but to lose that all encompassing knowing I have about myself, even for one day would be devastating.

24. When you look into the past, what do you miss the most?
I can't think of anything really, because all my losses have made me who I am today and today I am pretty happy.

25. What memory from this past year makes you smile the most?
The birth of my two granddaughters.

26. What’s the number one change you need to make in your life in the next twelve months?
I need to make sure I am always living for me and no one else as life is too short.

27. If not now, then when?
Oh, this is so true. Now.

28. What have you done that you are truly proud of?
Learned to ride a motorbike at 43. Given my kids the space I never got. Learned to follow my passion and stop letting 'real' life get in the way. That's not real life, living who you are is real life.

29. What’s something new you recently learned about yourself?
I can be anything I want and I want to be an artist and a writer. Oh wait, I am an artist and a writer. And that I am lovable for who I am.

30. What do you want to remember forever?
I want to remember how much I was/am loved by those in my life.

31. What could society do without?
Small minded people is the first thing that comes to my mind. That and probably fear driven religions.

32. What is one thing right now, that you are totally sure of?
I am loved

33. If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be?
Live your passion, follow your dreams, be creative in everything that you do, be true to yourself.

34. What’s something you said you’d never do, but have since done?
Contact my biological father, thankfully he never responded.

35. What’s something you changed your mind about when you grew older?
I had said I would never have more children and now I really want to have that experience again. I have no desire to give birth again, but to give a loving home to a child/ren that needs it would be fantastic. Crazy thoughts for a Grandma, lol.

36. What didn’t last forever, but was still worth your while?
My relationships, good or bad, they made me who I am today.

37. If you could go back in time and tell a younger version of yourself one thing, what would you tell?
Be true to yourself, don't let others tell you who you should be.

38. If you knew you were dying in 60 seconds, what would your last words be?
Good bye and thank you for being a part of my life. My hope would be that 60 seconds would be long enough to get that message out to everyone who had been a part of my life.

39. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
Before this year I would have said no as I have always been about the experiences, but now that I am a writer it will probably all equal out.

40. What questions do you often ask yourself?
Why? I often ask myself why am I doing something, why did I say something, why do I think that, why do I think they think that. I have this innate curiosity that needs to know the why of everything.

s0litude

1. What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
I can say "No", "Go fuck yourself", and "I deserve better" now more easily than I could a year ago. I can brush aside the imperfections-- though I remain painfully aware of them-- and see the value in myself. I'm not dead; I'm still here. Good or bad, I'm still here.

2. What's been on your mind most lately?
A certain woman has occupied much of my thought lately. My medical and financial concerns and how that will be resolved to enable me to move to the Northeast to start my life anew when the time comes. Of all the places I've looked at, that area seems best as I love the people there, the attitude, the climate-- not just temperature, the visual asthetics (the architecture there is amazing!), it's friendly to both LGBTQ and Kinksters and has a lot of activity in the community, and a run down I-95 will take me right to my family if they need me-- close enough to visit them but far enough away so they won't feel the constant need to come visit me.

3. In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame?
I really don't know. If you don't have your health, none of the rest matters, right? Then again, the same has been and can be said for happiness and love. Ultimately, I'd like to be happy. I would like to love and be loved in return. Money is not a big deal for me as I am frugal and never have much of it anyway. And I don't give two shits for fame.

4. Right now, at this moment, what do you want most?
Her.

5. What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life?
Dreaming (with my eyes open)

6. What is the #1 motivator in your life right now?
My dad; I can't let him down.

7. In one sentence, who are you?
"I'm Nicholas." It says everything and nothing, and I'm content with that.

8. What do you want to be known for?
Being a good person, a loving and honourable person.

9. If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most?
A mild sense of security; change scares the hell out of me.

10. In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different?
I can hope and dream, but I don't know. I would like to be in the Northeastern part of the USA, starting my life over.

11. Who makes you feel good about yourself?
Me.

12. What are the top three qualities you look for in a friend?
Honesty, loyalty, forthrightness

13.What has fear of failure stopped you from doing?
Telling someone how I felt about her; I started being bolder, but it's still not necessarily a good thing most of the time. People don't always want to hear the truth.

14. What is something you have always wanted since you were a kid?
Motorcycle

15. What stands between you and what you want?
Fear, financial means, the fears of those I have valued over the years,... Yeah, mostly fear

16. What do you do when nothing else seems to make you happy?
Try to distract myself with things that could generate some amusement-- it beats the old method I had where I'd shut down and sleep a lot or think about offing myself. That's never a solution.

17. When did you first realize that life is short?
When my grandfather died, I was really young. I probably shouldn't have been at the wake-- and if I were a parent, I certainly wouldn't take a child there so young. But my biological mother nearly fainted when gasps and such filled the room and my dad pulled me out of the coffin. I had managed to climb in and was patting his face, couldn't understand why he wouldn't wake up. My dad took me outside and had to explain things to me.

18. What do you need to spend more time doing?
Just getting out and about, walking, doing something, anything really. Being more active.

19. What issues do you continually refuse to confront?
I feel as though my wheels are turning right now, waiting for medical and financial stuff to be resolved. I don't know where my life will lead me, and it's scary to think about it. Some days, I'm filled with hope. Sometimes, there's a void, and I'm simply in too much pain to give a damn.

20. What’s something a lot of people do that you disagree with?
Lying-- even if it is done to "protect" someone, it's still wrong. We owe it to one another as members of the human race to be honest in our dealings with others. It's the only honourable way to live one's life, to be able to look yourself in the mirror and know you're a good person.

21.What’s a common misconception people have about you?
That I'm outgoing. I'm actually painfully shy. I have to really PUSH myself to get out and do things with others. The community here helps a great deal with that.

22.What’s something no one can take away from you?
Personal integrity

23. What is something that you would hate to go without for a day?
Great question, and I'd love to give you a profound answer, but I can't. I'd hate to go a day with access to a bathroom facility. [Camping is the only exception, and that can be worked around.]

24. When you look into the past, what do you miss the most?
Other than loved ones who have passed away? My innocence.

25. What memory from this past year makes you smile the most?
Realizing I no longer have to be strong, that I don't HAVE to be "Superman" anymore, sweep in and rescue everyone. I can be simple, quiet "Clark Kent", go about my day-- rip off the suit if needed, step up if I must, but it's not a demand made on my life anymore. I realized it when I decided to become a submissive [BDSM]. I felt it finally at a good friend's feet-- of which, I am so grateful; she allowed me the chance safely to explore that.

26. What’s the number one change you need to make in your life in the next twelve months?
Figuring out the whole legal paperwork for my medical concerns and how it will impact my life going forward.

27. If not now, then when?
When what? Be more specific with the question next time.

28. What have you done that you are truly proud of?
Recognizing that I deserve better than the manner I've been treated in the past.

29. What’s something new you recently learned about yourself?
I look better without the facial hair.

30. What do you want to remember forever?
Who I am; the calibre of man I am and that I've lived to that standard.

31. What could society do without?
Greed, hypocricy, bullshit-- society is suffocating on it.

32. What is one thing right now, that you are totally sure of?
I know what I feel in my heart is right and real.

33. If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be?
Don't walk the same road as everyone else; get a REALLY large knife and carve your own path.

34. What’s something you said you’d never do, but have since done?
Fall in love, open up, let myself be vulnerable-- it's scary, painful, and uncertain.

35. What’s something you changed your mind about when you grew older?
Caring so much what others think about me. It used to matter so much what everyone thought, and now, it matters most what I think-- though I value the opinions of a few.

36. What didn’t last forever, but was still worth your while?
My previous marriage; sadly, I learned a great deal from it

37. If you could go back in time and tell a younger version of yourself one thing, what would you tell?
You ARE good enough. Don't let others tear you down.

38. If you knew you were dying in 60 seconds, what would your last words be?
I'd call HER, tell her I love her. I'd want her name to be the last thing on my lips, her face etched in my memory. Sadly, I don't even KNOW that it would matter. I'd NEED to tell her for myself.

39. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
Think about it-- don't we all? We all dream more than we have the time or power to achieve.

40. What questions do you often ask yourself?
Why am I here? Where am I going in life? What will be said about me when my ashes are scattered and I've bid farewell to this life?

1. What can you do today that you were not capable of a year ago?
I can do many things today that I did not know how to do a year ago. Mostly, it involves bushcrafting skills and making things with paracord. I have also learned how to dehydrate and can foods safely.

2. What's been on your mind most lately?
That would likely be my adopted Father, who I consider my Dad. He has diabetes and a diet that continually worsens the effects of the diabetes, just had a pacemaker put in and as if that is not enough, he has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s recently, after having the symptoms for the last 4 or 5 years. He turned 74 today, but I feel like he will be gone soon.

3. In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame?
· Happiness
· Health
· Love
· Money
· Fame

4. Right now, at this moment, what do you want most? I would like for all of the starving children to be fed on a regular basis, and for those who are being otherwise abused to be protected. I want rape and battery of women to be a thing of the past, and I want those of us in the LGBTQ communities to feel safe and validated by society at large.

5. What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life? Laughter

6. What is the #1 motivator in your life right now? I’m still working on that.

7. In one sentence, who are you? I am an earthy spiritual being, interconnected with all other spiritual beings on a journey through a life of learning.

8. What do you want to be known for? For being, just, kind, honest, and truthful. Also, for bringing laughter to others, and being of help to others when I am able.

9. If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most? The Florida winters, or I should say non-winters.

10. In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different? I am not sure, but I look forward to finding out.

11. Who makes you feel good about yourself? I alone am responsible for how I feel about myself.

12. What are the top three qualities you look for in a friend? Communication, depth, responsibility for their behaviors, and a bent sense of humour. I know, that’s four.

13. What has fear of failure stopped you from doing? Far too many things. It is not necessarily fear of failure, yet fear nonetheless.

14. What is something you have always wanted since you were a kid?
A family.

15. What stands between you and what you want?
Luck of the draw, I suppose.

16. What do you do when nothing else seems to make you happy? Research something that I am interested in learning about, tie knots,(make stuff using paracord or hemp usually) work with Sadie on her training or take her to the park and walk the trails…if all else fails, sleep.

17. When did you first realize that life is short?
When I was 7.

18. What do you need to spend more time doing? I need to spend more time walking in and amongst nature.

19. What issues do you continually refuse to confront? I have no idea what you are talking about! Pfft!

20. What is something a lot of people do that you disagree with? Assume others think or believe a certain way, rather than asking them how they think/believe about a thing. Sit in judgment of others. I am not sure that I feel comfortable answering when the question is asked using “a lot of people” because it is such a broad question. So I will clarify by saying that I disagree when anyone does the above things I mentioned, including me, when I mess up and do it.

21. What is a common misconception people have about you? That I am so strong that I do not need others support and guidance at times.

22. What is something no one can take away from you? My feelings, beliefs, ethics, and my God.

23. What is something that you would hate to go without for a day?
Sadie, my dog.

I stopped smoking almost 2.5 ago.

29. What’s something new you recently learned about yourself? That I am more capable than I often gave myself credit for.

30. What do you want to remember forever? How to laugh and love.

31. What could society do without? Hatred and fear.

32. What is one thing right now, that you are totally sure of? That for me, God exists.

33. If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be? Let go of your fears and hatred, we are all one and need to work together to heal ourselves and our earth.

34. What’s something you said you’d never do, but have since done?
I rarely if ever say never, so I have no idea on this one.

35. What’s something you changed your mind about when you grew older? Growing up!

36. What didn’t last forever, but was still worth your while? A couple of past relationships.

37. If you could go back in time and tell a younger version of yourself one thing, what would you tell? Run, Forest, RUN!
No seriously, I would say to listen more, talk less. Follow your dream of getting your PHD. Know that you matter!

38. If you knew you were dying in 60 seconds, what would your last words be? Probably a quick call to God and a quicker call to the person who will take Sadie, when I die assuming both Sadie and the person are still alive.

39. When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done? Most likely, but much of what I say is good stuff.

40. What questions do you often ask yourself?
Dang, you’re nosey! Lol!

I am better at recalibrating my aptitudes and attitudes on a daily basis.

2) What's been on your mind most lately?
The importance of being in the present moment and enjoying life as fully as possible.

3) In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame? Health, happiness, love, money.
Health, Love, Happiness, Money, followed by zero concern for wanting or needing fame of any kind (I can live without that type of recognition).
4) Right now, at this moment, what do you want most?
To know where I put my favorite suntan oil, since I can't find it anywhere
(I've turned my house upside down trying to find it this afternoon).

5) What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life?
70% (Balance) 30% (Sheer craziness)
6) What is the #1 motivator in your life right now?
I think it's a combination of three things: Music, Art, Nature
(no one thing is responsible for my being motivated other than me)

7) In one sentence, who are you?
A very resourceful woman.
8) What do you want to be known for?
That people in my life would remember me for the resilient soul that I am and that I could do most anything I put my mind to, no matter the situation.
9) If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most?
The natural beauty of where I have lived for the past 20+ years: The trees, the rivers, the mountains, the basalt lined Columbia Gorge, the waterfalls or natural hot springs, the coastline of the Pacific Northwest, the climate - pearly gray skyscapes or intermittent days of dazzling sunshine, the eclectic community within the greater area of where I currently live.
10) In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different?
The one thing I have learned over time is that even with the best laid plans, there's the possibility that life a year from now could be as good or even better; but certainly and hopefully, no worse than today.
11) Who makes you feel good about yourself?
Me: I actively take care of myself (I value myself entirely).
12) What are the top three qualities you look for in a friend?
Kindheartedness, a compassion-based perspective, sensitivity

13) What has fear of failure stopped you from doing?
Fear of failure has never been a driving force in my life - I'm not afraid of failure or failing anything I put my mind to. I don't think much of anything stops me from developing my own brand of success (if that's what we're talking about).

14) What is something you have always wanted since you were a kid?
I think it's important to let my own inner child out to play on a consistent basis because even as a child, I was filled with wonder, curiosity -- I lived for 'show and tell' moments in life, as a child. :)

15) What stands between you and what you want?

16) What do you do when nothing else seems to make you happy?
I play the 'happy' game and do something that makes me happy.
17) When did you first realize that life is short?
This might seem strange to most, but I feel that I've always had an inner knowing about life never being long enough or filled with enough time to do things in life and consequently, as I've aged, I tend to sense timing issues much more intensely - than say, compared to, maybe five years ago.

18) What do you need to spend more time doing?
19) What issues do you continually refuse to confront?
n/a
20) What’s something a lot of people do that you disagree with?
n/a

21) What’s a common misconception people have about you?
That I'm talented at cocktail parties.

22) What’s something no one can take away from you?
The way I feel about myself.

23) What is something that you would hate to go without for a day?
Water (as well as love and tenderness).

24) When you look into the past, what do you miss the most?
n/a
25) What memory from this past year makes you smile the most?
The random growth spurts of my youngest son's intellectual acuity
(he's grown so much over the past year).
26) What’s the number one change you need to make in your life in the next twelve months?
The ability to go down to the beach more often than I usually go.
27) If not now, then when?
As soon as it's possible...

28) What have you done that you are truly proud of?
Earning a bachelors and masters degree in just under 7 years,
and not letting anything stop me from doing it. Even if I never
am able to pay off all my loans before I die, I'm glad I earned my
formal education (best therapy ever, even if it was expensive).

29) What’s something new you recently learned about yourself?
I never used to give much attention to my spontaneous side because I've always felt like I was spontaneous. But lately, I've learned that I'm not quite as willing to be as spontaneous as I used to be (which I feel is positive - I have a healthy regard for me).

30) What do you want to remember forever?
I'll get back to you on that.
31) What could society do without?
I should think that humans could use a bit more love and understanding.

32) What is one thing right now, that you are totally sure of?
It's absolutely gorgeous here today - ton's of sunshine and it's not too hot or too cold and the birdsong is absolutely mesmerizing (it's the only thing I've listened to, today).

33) If you had the opportunity to get a message across to a large group of people, what would your message be?
My feeling is that if I spend as much energy as possible in taking care of me and living life as responsibly as possible, then living by example is probably going to be the best heard message than anything I could ever say.

34) What’s something you said you’d never do, but have since done?
n/a
35) What’s something you changed your mind about when you grew older?
Marriage. I used to think that marriage mattered and it does to a degree (although that's a small degree). What's changed for me, concerning marriage, is that I don't think of marriage as something necessary to the health and wealth of a thriving relationship of romantic means. I'm not fond of the concept or idea of marriage as marriage is currently understood in terms of present day social and cultural practices.
36) What didn’t last forever, but was still worth your while?
The benefit of sitting by the beach on the ocean and watching for whales or other sentient beings. The good feelings I carry away from an outing on the beach always seems to be worth while.

37) If you could go back in time and tell a younger version of yourself one thing, what would you tell?
n/a

38) If you knew you were dying in 60 seconds, what would your last words be?
If no one is with me in that particular moment, it won't matter what I say. But if someone I love is with me, I'd ask them to watch over my boys and always be there for them, no matter what.

39) When it’s all said and done, will you have said more than you’ve done?
I try to live as balanced as possible; even when it's a terribly unpredictable process - the art of living a good life.
40) What questions do you often ask yourself?
The one thing I try to always keep in mind is the idea expressed by Bertrand Russell: to always 'hang a question mark' on things in life that need a bit of extra care or careful thought given to complicated ideas.

Stay out of the hospital.

2. What's been on your mind most lately?
My GF's knee surgery and hoping that her knee improves with rehab.

3. In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame?
Health is everything to me: with poor health, it is difficult to feel happiness or to be able to earn money. With stable health: ability to be open to love increased greatly. Fame matters not at all to me.

4. Right now, at this moment, what do you want most?
Go back to sleep.

5. What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life?

6. What is the #1 motivator in your life right now?

Still figuring that one out.

8. What do you want to be known for?
Compassion towards others and a loving heart underneath my veneer of reserve.

9. If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most?
Since my GF would be coming with me in this theoretical move; my youngest daughter and granddaughter (package deal so they count as one)- they live fairly close to me now. If I moved 3K miles away, hopefully that would put me on the east coast and closer to my oldest daughter.

10. In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different?
Will officially be living with my GF. I say officially because we spend 7 days/nights out of 7 together but don't call it living together yet.

So many things. I could write an essay. They're all important in their own way so I can't just pick one.
2. What's been on your mind most lately?
The fact that until about August the possibility of me dating or having a social life is basically nil.
3. In order of importance, how would you rank: happiness, money, love, health, fame?
happiness and health tie for first, they can't be completely separated. Then love, money, fame.
4. Right now, at this moment, what do you want most?
I want to be awake and alert enough to do a piano practice :( but I'm not
5. What word best describes the way you’ve spent the last month of your life?
Hectic.
6. What is the #1 motivator in your life right now?
Getting through the next few months with my sanity intact and all my bits attached.
7. In one sentence, who are you?
For better or worse, I am me.
8. What do you want to be known for?
For being a good person and going out of my way to help others. It's nice being known for things you're good at, but I find that puts me under pressure (mostly from myself) and I don't like that aspect so I'd rather be known for being nice.
9. If you had to move 3000 miles away, what one thing would you miss most?
Can I take my dog?
10. In one year from today, how do you think your life will be different?
Fricking goodness knows. I have a fairly good idea of how the next 6 months will run but the second half of the year is still a closed book. Next year doesn't even exist yet.
11. Who makes you feel good about yourself?
My animals. AKA my babies.
12. What are the top three qualities you look for in a friend?
Someone who makes an effort to keep in contact with me, someone likes hugging, sense of humour. Preferably one similar to my rather whacky one.
13.What has fear of failure stopped you from doing?

Ahhh.. sperm?
16. What do you do when nothing else seems to make you happy?

Still haven't figured that one out lol life seems pretty long from where I currently stand.
18. What do you need to spend more time doing?

Questioning a lot of stuff about myself and the world at the moment. Get back to me in a few months and I'll let you know.

Vaccinate their kids. (Not intended to start a discussion on the topic!! I disagree based on research not ignorance)
21.What’s a common misconception people have about you?
Two that I've heard a few times are I had a neat room when I was growing up and that I'm a vegetarian. Neither could be further from the truth and I have no idea where people get those ideas. A quite common one is that I'm a guy.
22.What’s something no one can take away from you?
My self-love.
23. What is something that you would hate to go without for a day?
Seeing my dog.
24. When you look into the past, what do you miss the most?

Being part of an official Guinness world record.
26. What’s the number one change you need to make in your life in the next twelve months?
Figure out how to go to bed at a reasonable time. Stuck in a habit of late nights from a combination of being an online student and an evening job I had a few years ago.

If not what now?

Lots of stuff. Most recent one is deadlifting 5/6 of my own weight.

30. What do you want to remember forever?
The core essence of who I am. Sounds silly, but it can be very easy to lose yourself in this society.

34. What’s something you said you’d never do, but have since done?

Practising scales. As a kid I hated it (as per normal lol) but now I find them therapeutic.
36. What didn’t last forever, but was still worth your while?
Clubbing. Maybe my body didn't thank me for it, but I had a great time for the few months that I was a regular goer. Pretty over it now. lol
37. If you could go back in time and tell a younger version of yourself one thing, what would you tell?
