I grew dill, cilantro, and Thai basil from seeds this year. Yesterday, I froze dill in an ice cube tray, and I made peanut sauce with a healthy bunch of parsley that I started in a hydroponic kit.
Pete picked up our farm share this morning and the carrot tops were so green and pretty that I made carrot top pesto.

Carrot Top Pesto!!! I have not made that and now I need to.
I'm having a snacky dinner. A little this and that as I go do this and that around the house. Some veggies and hummus. Some grilled shrimp. Some broccoli. I have some leftover baguette and goat cheese from last night that might happen. It should be noted that I'm not all that good at sitting and eating a meal. I'm a graze and run girl.
