Pete grilled hotdogs last night, turkey for me and plant based for her. I made coleslaw with a cabbage from our farm share. same thing tonight

I grew dill, cilantro, and Thai basil from seeds this year. Yesterday, I froze dill in an ice cube tray, and I made peanut sauce with a healthy bunch of parsley that I started in a hydroponic kit.

Pete picked up our farm share this morning and the carrot tops were so green and pretty that I made carrot top pesto.

Carrot Top Pesto!!! I have not made that and now I need to.

I'm having a snacky dinner. A little this and that as I go do this and that around the house. Some veggies and hummus. Some grilled shrimp. Some broccoli. I have some leftover baguette and goat cheese from last night that might happen. It should be noted that I'm not all that good at sitting and eating a meal. I'm a graze and run girl.

Fish tacos with pineapple salsa made with home grown tomatoes. I have a package of mahi mahi burgers from Trader Joe's. Pan grilled and divided one into thirds. Topped off with sweet and spicy ghost pepper sauce, from Buc-eees.

Small green salad with more home grown tomatos.

Ice water (last of the 64 ozs of the day..

Last night I had stuffed avocado with poke. I had the last half for lunch today.

Tonight, lets see what I have...last of the potato salad. I made a quinoa salad with cucumber, red onion and cut off corn from the cob, topped off with feta and balsamic dressing.

Lemonade vodka seltzer, with lots of lemon slices.

Last night I sautéed some kale and added in black beans, chopped cilantro, lemon juice, and some tamari. That over some basmati rice. It was delicious.
