Good morning friends
Looks like we were all
this morning! I know I didn't want to get out of bed at all today...especially to face more grey skies and rain. Oh well...at least it means I have an excuse not to mow the lawn again!
Okay...first order of the day is breakfast
....strong coffee, tea, scrambled eggs with a little cheddar and minced onion, bacon (not too crisp for my baby, crisp for me, and more both ways for everyone
), crispy hash browns, some nice sourdough toast....and I'll put out a selection of jam and jelly for you too...including the strawberry jam I made last summer...last jar!
We've also got some lovely cantaloupe and strawberries...so dig in!
And, cuz I'm craving a little
(and I know my sweetie always is), I'm leaving out that double batch of brownies I baked last night. I won't say a word if you have one for breakfast....or take a couple to help your day go a little smoother...or both!
