More what else: Ticket prices $10.00 (how to purchase tickets to follow in another email).

HELP! Yes, it takes a lot of work to put this fun party on! Unfortunately even in these hard economic times there will be NO free entry for volunteering. Sorry!

What's needed:

1) Show up at 5 p.m. for set-up, decorating, etc. (you can change clothes at the Hall).

2) Wood for the outdoor fireplace (can be dropped off earlier that day by arranging with me first). I need approximately 4 boxes from Lucky's or Safeway, so donate what you can.

3) FOOD! We need finger food, can you bring a plate of cold cuts, cheese, crackers, spinach bowl, mini quiches, crock pot yumminess, etc.? You can use the ovens at the Hall to heat things up.

4) Ice! I buy, you go to the store and get it. Again, arrange with me ahead of time and I'll give you the cash. Drop off at 5 p.m. and we'll unload it.

5) Paper goods--plastic cups and hot cups, small plates and bowls.

6) Sodas and bottled water--can you donate a liter of Coke or a 6-pack of bottled water?

Email me at: butchfemmesocials@yahoo.com, put in the subject line 'donate Winter Ball' for related items above. Check your spam for return emails, sometimes they get stuck. Include your phone number.

Our charity at this event for donations is Meals for Reals which feeds needy people in the Butch/Femme community. Bring a food gift card of any denomination from Lucky's, Safeway, Whole Foods or Trader Joe's, OR your personal check (NO cash please).

Thanks again to those who loaned us money to pay out deposits to get this event off the ground!
