I was thinking the other day about surgery....FTM/MTF. Seems to me that FTM surgery would be more advanced than it is since seemingly the main surgeries are chest and figuring out how to make a functional penis.

Seems to me like MTF surgery would be more behind since there seems to be more issues, like body hair and getting rid of the beard and getting breast and vagina just seems MTF's have more things to take care of in order to transition.

But ya know what after thinking about it some, I'm guessing it comes down to privilege.
