Stayed on track today and feeling great!
Dinner tonite: Baked lemon & garlic tilapia on a small serving of four cheese rice
Dessert: TCBY yogurt...a kids cup serving. (still in calorie budget)
I have to say that getting back on track since my trip home has been hard! I came back feeling sluggish with no energy. Today, much better. Feeling like myself!
