Thought I would start a thread for all of the Dallas folks, we have a large number of people here. It would be nice to have a get together sometime in the future. I hope to have a party at some point in the future. Look forward to meeting yall.

Ok lets try this again..........I got moved down here CRH and I even have a job starting on Monday. I work on the 2nd floor and WT works on the 4th floor. Great for car pooling.
So now just getting use to driving around Houston trying to find my way around. Went and ordered a couple of pairs of Scrubs(black) as that is the color they wear. Once I get on full time with them they order them for us. We are going to be at WT's friends for Turkey weekend outside of Austin. How r u doing?
Rufus, I love Port Aransas and my lady has never been there. Not sure when we would be over that way, maybe this next yr.
I really want to go ocean fishing, cause i miss it.

Hey Timber - well if you ever make it down this way let us know, maybe we can all meet up for dinner. Hope you are enjoying Houston and settling in. We moved to Texas almost 3 years ago from the Midwest. We were running from the snow and cold weather up there. Rufus

Well I moved down here from WA State(8yrs) and I loved it up there,but moved down for a woman that didn't appreciate me,oh well her lost my gain cause I met White Tigress and she is all i have ever wanted.......But will let you know when we get going that away.

Im not shure when this is going to happen, but I think over the next month.Friends of mine are comeing to the Dallas area and have offered me a ride to go with them and visit.Not shure where to go since buddies closed (darn it) so when we all do get there where is a good place or places to check out.

The original buddies is open but its now called "Sisters" I believe. IT is open same location. I Have heard not much has changed. There is also Sue Ellens and S4. If you also like country music there is Roundup Saloon.

Sisters is pretty much the same as Buddies, with a little bit of decorational upgrade (and better music!)....there's also Jack's Backyard - which i hear is a pretty nice place to hang out, though i haven't yet.

Ok after church today and finding out about this comedy show I feel bad I didnt know about it before now... Only FOUR tickets have been sold so far. So please if you are in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and you have nothing to do this Friday night spend 20.00 for MCC Greater Dallas and see info below

This is a great opportunity for our church to raise some money. It would be great if you would forward this information to anyone you feel would be interested.
