How do I post pictures?

I joined BFP in Nov. and I posted pictures then, but now for some reason I can not remember how...... Can someone help?!

Or upload the image to a hosting service, like Photobucket, and use the "direct link" option.

Copy that, click the yellow mountain box, paste into the prompt box and presto!

but, you have to get rid of one of the "http://" coz two appear when you paste.
