I've been making juice every morning. I have a masticating juicer and it's the breakfast time entertainment for the twins. I wash and chop up all of the fruit and vegetables and they take turns feeding it all into the machine (using a tamper so no little seven year old fingers are at risk).

Today it's spinach, beet, carrot, and pear juice.

I was wondering when this would show up,glad it did.This morning I has a high energy smoothie,is good but needs a bit of fine tuneing for taste...needs a bit more snap in it.

This morning we went for a freebie at the breakfast buffet at Harrah's Reno. Pancakes, French toast, bacon, scrambled eggs... Nothin' real great for you but nothin' too bad either.

We treated ourselves just because we had the coupon.

No wonder he's cranky today.

I woke up late so it's more like a brunch, but it's ham and pepperjack grilled cheese sandwiches and red grapes. No Organic; he's working.

I had one whole wheat bagel with peanut butter and a banana, one whole whole wheat English muffin with peanut butter and turkey bacon and one whole wheat English muffin with turkey bacon and grape jelly and a chocolate banana protein shake...GOOD STUFF!
