just finished Cathedral of the Sea by Ildefonso Falcones......EXCELLENT read!!
a story based on many historical facts of Barcelona during the 1300´s. A few of which were the Inquisition,the building of a church,wars,the plague and womens rights, which happened to be a big fat zero! I am now beginning The Pillars of the Earth by Ken Follett

I finally finished Different Seasons by Stephen King. It is a set of four novellas. I am not a horror reader but was reading The Body for a class. I ended up reading the whole book. The other stories are Shawshank Redemption (loved it), Apt Pupil (couldn't stop reading it and it gave me bad dreams one night), The Body (Stand by Me was based on it) and The Breathing Method. Even if you are not a King fan or horror fan, and I am not, I do recommend this book.

I just got my book for my time in the hospital. Its about the only Amish man convicted of murder. It happened where I lived in Pa. And when he was let out, he harrassed his community so badly, they left, one by one until the amish was sparse in our area. It was a frightening thing to witness, these passive people, being tormented by this man...
