Hello, New Femme here!
 I wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everyone here. I look forward to meeting and chatting with others. I have recently begun eating Vegatarian, but find myself 'falling off the wagon' every once in awhile and eating some chicken or fish. Any recipies would be appreciated much! I also have taken up Running this year and hope to run a 10K by next Summer. I find it great stress relief and my family has noticed that I am much more centered and calm after a good, hard run. I have three awesome, but occasionally frustrating teenagers(well 2 teens and one young adult) but all in all, I am very pleased how they are all turning out. I also am a Rehab Therapist and work in Geriatrics currently. I love making a difference in others lifes. That is all for now I guess! (one of my favorite foods! LOL)
