**Sniglets**

A sniglet is a neologism defined as:
" any word that does not appear in the dictionary, but should"
here's an example:
A quadextrous= possessing the ability to turn the bath tub faucet on and off with your toes!

A bevemeter= the distance a coaster will stick to the bottom of a wet glass before falling to the table!

Sniglets originally created by Rich Hall in the 80's
I have an entire list but i thought it would be fun to make up some of our own as well.

Every time I see the title to this thread, I think that Sniglet would make a cute name for a mini Boston Terrier. I'd call her Sniggy for short.

Of course, now that I think about the Sniggy thing....it reminds me of Lenny and Squiggy and I'm not sure I want to be reminded of them constantly.

I do still think it'd be a cute name, though.

SMIDGELET = smaller than a smidge
Legsleeves = your pant legs (my son called them that when he was little)
Table mattress = placemats (another one of my sons)
