but I had a blueberry pop tart and a cup of coffee
I did swallow down probiotic and enzyme pills with water earlier

Yeah, that's the proper name, but I'm just a plain ol' southern shiksa, so I won't pretend they are good enough to be called the real thing. But I am topping them with sour cream, so it's close.

Shiksa, lol.....haven't heard that term used in a long time
Most southerners I know can fry, so I bet they are good
I like sour cream or apple sauce with mine

I had two tablespoons of peanut butter on our way out the door to go do a trail run. We had a late breakfast of "Pinky McMuffins"...whole wheat English muffins with egg and turkey sausage for me and just turkey sausage for Miss Pink.....GOOD stuff!

Breakfast at Au Pain Quotidien: two soft boiled eggs with strips of buttered baguette, Paris ham, cornichons, tapenade and moutarde de Meaux, greens, a pot of Lapsang Souchong, and for dessert, a slice of their walnut raisin bread with 4 red fruits jam.
That was a brunch of sorts, after spending some time at the Martha Stewart Craft Fair in Chelsea. The fair was fabulous!

Big breakfast today at the farmers market.
Small bowl of steel cut oats with raisin, Eggs , bacon , potatoes, grits, blackbeans, toast, fruit, small salad with some apple tuna salad love that. Spearmint tea ,I didnt like that too much, and some cinnanon coffee.
This is all organic.
I have to try alittle of everything.
