I bought some chicken salad and a chickpea/bulgher/spinach/tomato/olive/other yummy stuff salad to have for probably 3 lunches this week. It was yum.

I'm glad someone likes the same foods as I do,my son would only eat greens if he absolutly had to and then it wold be a hard choice,all I can say is,to bad sonny boy u dont know what u r missing.

I had my leftovers from a yummy Mexican dinner with friends last night. Enchiladas and a chile relleno. Also made some pico de gallo to go with it and ate that up with wavy lays.

to some, their lunch is my dinner and my supper is their dinner. so for lunch/dinner lol, ... i had chicken and dumplings, butter beans, sweet potatoes, and corn bread. it's time for an afternoon snack now.

I made Calabasita con Pollo, (Chicken w/squash) Rice, Beans and Pumpkin Empanadas, today...smh--I will not be eating for a few days after this...

Breakfsast was kinda late so we call it a brunch,I made home made waffles w/bacon.We had warm butter,a fruit puree made from strawberries/black berries and blue berries with a dash of shugar to give it a slightly sweet tast..then some homemade whip cream to top it all off
