I took a chance and I defrosted a container with something red.

I had delicious just spicy enough homemade chili with ground turkey and pinto beans!

For lunch I will either have a can of soup or I will defrost a container with something tan.

I heated grape tomatoes until they burst.

I served the polenta with two fried eggs, a few juicy tomatoes, and a sprinkle of grated mozzarella cheese.
