They are! I picked them up because they looked really good. They are noodles very similar to sesame noodles and they have mushrooms and different types of peppers sautéed in them. Green onions too.

I've been trying to work through my thing with Brussels sprouts because they are really good for you but I just can't stand the taste. I have only successfully been able to eat them in a couple of salads but they were shaved very, very thin and I couldn't tell they were there. This time I tried them roasted....as people SWEAR that's the way to eat them...with mushrooms and pancetta. I thought bacon is amazing and it has pancetta, which is super close and tastes similar so why not?

Famous last words. The pancetta tries. It really does. But the Brussels sprouts still suck. They just suck in between bites of good stuff.

Well I made a beautiful sausage and egg breakfast yesterday morning which I did not eat. I went to have it this morning and Spilled it all over the floor. Luckily I have protein bar to hold me over. And my dog will enjoy a nice dinner
