DO NOT buy young Jeffrey Alan (pup) any more monkey fists.

You know

when you see him lope down the slope sideways ... pauses ... sits, looks back at his butt, does a quick butt drag, shoots into the air with his legs looking like they are having spasms ... then back to loping loping sideways again

that he has just done his #2 business and is coming straight to you for help.

You know you cannot refuse to help him.

You how much you dislike having to pull seemingly miles of multicolored yarn from Jeffrey's bum.

(by the way, no hands on ... task requires lots of multifolded paper towels)

Yes, me too!

I adopted Jeffrey last mid May from a shelter. He is so nosey. Now he is chewing up and eating his favorite toys.

I have a new fear.

When I first got him, he was a little puppy guy and terrified of his squeaky toys because of the noise they made. I had to remove the squeakers from every single one. A while back, he decided he no longer feared the squeakies.

Can't wait until he eats a squeakie.

He is rambuncious and loud now. If this happens, I will step aside and allow his vet to help him with that.

Note to Self - Don't judge neighbor too harshly. Remember she's been through a lot and the last thing she needs right now is any sort of condemnation. Try to look past the crabby and do something kind today. Take her that yarn and those puzzle books you didn't get to while you were in the hospital. You'll barely miss them and you know she enjoys doing that sort of thing a lot.
