I don't picture myself leaving the house today unless it's for a quick run over to the Post Office at some point!

Cutting out a few articles I found to include with a letter to my grandniece, write the letter to my grandniece, hunt down stamps & stickers I've seemed to misplaced god only knows where, I've got a beef roast to start at some point, and no doubt a few other things that'll pop up as the day rolls on....

– install the motion and door monitors for the security system*
– finish sewing some pillows I started last month
– give blood*
– stop at the local ASPCA and play with the little ones

My agenda was a sh*t show today.

I'm head organizer for our local women's march happening on Saturday and also one of four head organizers for a massive music festival happening in four weeks. I've been juggling those two events on top of my regular job duties and I am running on fumes. Happy fumes because I love what I do, but oh my. Constant emails and texts and phone calls and minute details from primary speakers to porta potties to hotel rooms to accessibility ramps and sign language interpreters and on and on and on.

It's time to redo my to-do list. It has gotten out of hand, and I'm not sure if it's missing items or not. Unfortunately, I'm kind of in the position of having to do what's important "right now" rather than checking to see if I'm missing other items (that might also be important "right now").

Which is why I shouldn't be on BFP.

I have quite an ambitious agenda today, so I'm going to attack it:

- Laundry
- remove my mattress topper and somehow get it into a contractor's trash bag at the street (I can't decide if it would be easier to move it to the street and then put it in the bag, or put it in the bag and then move it to the street.)
- order a new memory foam mattress topper
- kitty boxes
- make up the bed with fresh sheets and a new cushioned mattress pad, which I don't think is going to be satisfactory by itself - hence, the new memory foam mattress topper
- manicure
- select five outfits for this week, which will involve some ironing

- Work (some travel planning, some organizing)
- Go get my car whenever it's ready, or Uber home and plan to get my car tomorrow
- Possibly Uber to the grocery store, because I really need cat food
- Decide whether or not to spend $31.99 for Season 1 of the Rookie - if I do, I'll probably spend the evening binge watching the first two or three episodes

around 7 a Valentine dinner, she's cooking...i only have to figure out what i'm wearing..where is H when i need him?!?!

..so tonight..it will be a soft blue grey ribbed cashmere sweater, pearl colored skinny jeans, dove grey suede ankle boots and i'm wearing the locket she sent on a thin silver chain..lavender eyeliner and clear lip gloss..i hope she likes
