I use it for craft ideas, home decorating ideas, jewlery making ideas, simple clothing to make ideas.
I really love the site! I think it shows an awesome reflection of what a person is really like, take a look at their boards, their likes, their food tastes etc! Also, I look at how people take pics of their stuff, and I try to duplicate that look, for stuff I want to sell on ebay, yardsellr, copious and other sites like that! I've started a new board tonight, copy cat crafts!
I find a lot of stuff at Pier 1, anthropologie and other sites with lovely things for the home, or clothes, or jewlery. WAY out of my price range for sure! I guess I have expensive fancy taste! Anyway, I am pretty wicked with my sewing machine and can pretty much whip up anything that I like from the fancy shops, for WAY cheaper, and just as nice! Plus, I can make what I want in the colors I want, and when I get bored of what I have made, I pass it on to someone else, and I don't have buyers remorse for spending $400 on a duvet cover, that I will be bored of next year! Some of the things I have tried have to do with gardening and growing one's own food. I have done the green onion thing, and the celery thing. My beans are soaking for sprouting, and I have all my tomato and pepper plants started. Started in the cardboard egg containers, repurposed for this gardening adventure! They are growing like crazy and I feel oh so Goddess~y!!! So many good ideas, and things make a person say, oh wow, why didn't I think of that!!! Growing more celery!  Peppers and tomatos!

I love it, like Medusa I use it mostly like window shopping, I have a board that is for cupcakes that capture my attention, a board for wild, crazing and disturbing things that i find really interesting and a few other boards for like house hold items i'd love to have some day!

I am hopelessly devoted to Pinterest. I've heard it described as window shopping, and as fantasy football for people who don't like football . . . for me it's like a virtual visual all you can eat buffet of eye candy and I can't stop filling my plate with yummy goodness.
