Late morning meal: tuna salad (hmm well only the canned tuna, little bit of onion mixed with mayonnaise) in pita bread (I like to warm the bread

and a cup of cafe (even when Im not a coffee drinker, always that I eat this tuna I have to drink coffee*shrugs)

Technically, breakfast was a large pre-workout banana but that's not interesting so I'm telling you what I am having for brunch.

I have a reasonably sized bowl of beef and bean chili with 2% Mexican shredded cheese sprinkled liberally on top, a big bowl of mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries and small red seedless grapes) and a giant cup of low fat chocolate milk. Super yum!

we still have left overs from when we had burrito bowls....so, I took the rice (with black beans, corn, peppers, onion, tomato, and seasonings) warmed it up with a sprinkle of cheese and a fried egg on top
