I’m baking off miniature Bundt cupcakes (pineapple pistachio cake) and baking off three miniature loafs. Once they cool, I’m going to brush a light vanilla icing mixture over the tops of them all, then by morning — I’ll wrap them up separately to give a gifts to a few of my friends.
Right after I taste test one of them to be sure they pass the yummy factor.
