I have battled depression and anxiety my entire life. Yes, I have been in therapy, and am on meds. I think there is more to this than just brain chemicals being out of wack. For me, there is a long family history of depression. Plus I have an older sister who is bipolar and schizophrenic. So, I have been there in watching and dealing with her. |
