Thank-you for your reply Daywalker. I hope you get into quit-mode again. Modifying your eating behaviour is a really good preparation. I'm almost afraid to ask what a Ding Dong is but I'll ask anyway...what is it? The things I like to snack on aren't healthy options either so along with that slowed down nicotine free metabolism, that probably accounts for my extra 25lbs. I need to start a healthier food regimen too and cycle more miles.

I can understand the 'self destruct' thang. I'm at the start of one of those times myself. I just lost my (very prt time) job and then my home of the last 13yrs all within the space of a couple of weeks the house move isn't quite imminent but it's going to happen sooner or later. I just wanna bury my head in the self-destruct-sand ...I won't smoke tobacco though, that lung-destruction is already done.
