I take magnesium and calcium, in a Greens base ( available at TJ's ) , and have for years.. I suspect that's why my nails are so strong
There's lots of stuff for your cuticles, olive oil being one of them, not sure about the brittle nails part, except vitamins etc.. I suspect internal things are what help that ...
