Hi all,

Just dropping by to catch up on everyone's news. I had some unbelievable news today, I won a secondment for a higher duties position that I have dreamed of for a few years now. It's for 6 months and involves a lot of travel around the state and a number of people applied for it. What makes it even more attractive and special, apart from it being a challenging but very rewarding role, is that my ex told me that I was a 'career spinster' and I feel that I have shaken that label and proven my capabilities. Thanks for letting me share my excitement and news with you. That's what I really enjoy about this site.
