today....
I got up early....even though I didnt have to...  brought my mom coffee.... took her pitbull for a walk/jog did some wash, hung it to dry got a workout in while I watched my ID channel made juice x2 for breakfast and lunch cleaned my juicer composted the leavings showered and changed for work made it to a new clients house only 5 minutes late despite mapquests best efforts... held my tongue with new clients family....a lot went on a lovely poetry walk after work got home made dinner and hung more wash.... Im gonna collapse on the couch and read for a while
