I wasn't in the 'breakfast' frame of mind so I had a BLT, but I made it as healthy as I could with what I had on hand. Whole wheat double fiber bread, toasted just enough, see through spread of light MW, fresh organic tomato, baby arugula and bacon jerky. The sandwich was delish.
I also had two kiwi and a small bowl of sliced strawberries and some blueberries. Chocolate milk to drink. |
