Took my morning meds and tested my glucose - 312
Unloaded and loaded the dishwasher Swept the kitchen Vacuumed the living room x4 Changed the litter box and mopped the floor Put flea treatment on the cats Shredded chicken I cooked last night Assembled chicken enchilada casserole for dinner Put away two loads of laundry Re-tested glucose as my new med can drop me, yup - 200 Next I am going to shower, grab some lunch, and start meal planning again for our grocery shopping this weekend. |
